Privacy Policy for SMS Notifications

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are used solely for providing the requested messaging services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide SMS messaging services, comply with applicable laws, or support the delivery of SMS communications.
Recipients are enrolled by an authorized customer representative or system administrator. Text-message keyword enrollment is not used for this service.
Purpose of SMS Notifications
CCT provides SMS notifications for authorized users of its automation systems, software applications, and customer solutions, including operational alerts, appointment reminders, maintenance notifications, and account-related communications.
Consent to Receive SMS Notifications
SMS notifications are provided only to authorized customer personnel. Mobile phone numbers are submitted by the customer’s designated administrator during system commissioning or maintenance after obtaining the recipient’s consent. By agreeing to receive operational SMS notifications, recipients consent to receive messages related to SCADA alarms, equipment status, maintenance notifications, and other operational events. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or by contacting the customer’s system administrator.

Message frequency varies depending on system activity, alarm conditions, maintenance events, and customer configuration.

Opt-Out
Recipients may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless the recipient is re-enrolled by an authorized administrator.
